November 11, 2002 Minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals Town of Preble Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes for November 11, 2002 Members present were Chairman Daniel O'Shea, Kay Vossler, Brian Bartholomew, and Bob Lieber. Adelbert Knapp was absent. Agenda Variance application for Ellen T. Shirley. Chairman O'Shea stated that the Zoning Board would need to hold a public hearing. Ms. Shirley stated that Doug Staley had forwarded her application to the Cortland County Planning Department. Ms. Shirley stated that she is not on a time line. Chairman O'Shea stated that the Board would have to contact the Boards attorney. Board decided to hold a public hearing for the Ellen T. Shirley variance application at their regular meeting on December 5, 2002 at 7:30 PM. Board member Bob Lieber motioned and Brian Bartholomew seconded the motion. Vote was 4-0 in favor with 1 absent. Motioned carried. Sharon will publish in the Cortland Standard. Board reviewed the survey maps with Ms. Shirley. Chairman O'Shea explained the public hearing process to Ms. Shirley and stated that the Zoning Board will need the Cortland County Planning Departments input. Chairman O'Shea stated that any problems could be stated at the public hearing. At 8:17 PM Brian Bartholomew motioned to adjourn and Bob Lieber seconded the motion. Motion carried.
