PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a joint special meeting of the Preble Town Board, Preble Planning Board and Preble Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at the Preble Town Hall for the purpose of reviewing the Town of Preble Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code and for such other matters as may come before the boards. TOWN OF PREBLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Preble Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at their next meeting on June 6, 2013, at 7:30 p.m., at the Preble Town Hall located at 1968 Preble Road. This public hearing is in response to an application by David Law for an area variance and use variance for the purpose of constructing a new billboard on Route 11(Article VI §601(C) and Article VI §601(H) of the Zoning Ordinance).This is a public hearing and all interested parties are requested to attend and will be heard. TOWN OF PREBLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Preble Town Board on Monday, June 10, 2013, at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall to consider enactment of a local law providing for a one-year moratorium and Prohibition within the Town of Preble on Natural Gas and Petroleum Exploration and Extraction Activities, Underground Storage of Natural Gas, and Disposal of Natural Gas or Petroleum Extraction, Exploration, and Production Wastes.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of said proposed local law will be reviewed at said public hearing.

The Town Hall Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning renovation work is now completed. Photovoltaic cells have been installed on the rooftop. The public can view the photo electrical production for the building at Sunny Portal.
